Preparing for a security review

Enterprise evaluation stalls when security questions arrive without context. A short prep pack for IT — and honest posture language from the vendor — keeps the review useful.

Start with how board work runs

Explain who creates packs, who reads them, and where decisions live today. Security reviews go faster when reviewers understand the workflow, not only the checkbox list.

Ask for posture, not slogans

Request how access is controlled, where data sits, and how subprocessors are handled. Prefer concrete Trust Center pages over marketing claims. Do not invent certifications you have not verified.

Bring the right people once

Board office, IT, and (if needed) counsel on one call with a shared agenda beats three parallel email threads. Use the demo request to schedule a focused security conversation.
