1. PURPOSE

This draft outlines how Konsilio expects to process personal data on behalf of Customers as a processor. Final roles, instructions, and security measures will be set by counsel.

2. SUBJECT MATTER

  • Categories of data subjects (e.g. directors, administrators)
  • Types of personal data processed in the service
  • Duration of processing tied to the subscription

3. SUB-PROCESSORS

A draft list of sub-processors appears under Legal → Sub-processors. Named entities and DPAs are shared in security review until counsel finalises public disclosures.
